Deposit

To confirm your appointment, we request a $30+GST ($31.50) deposit. If you cannot make your appointment, please give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us - and we will happily refund your deposit. At any time, if we are not able to complete a cleaning on your pet for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full.

For an in home appointment if the cleaning cannot be completed for any reason the deposit will be kept as a travel fee.

For "Host Location", please enter the name of the store/business that your appointment is booked at. If the appointment is booked at your home, please enter "In-home".

Your payment will be securely processed through PayPal. Please note, you do not need a PayPal account to make a credit card payment (just select the option to proceed without setting up an account on the bottom half of the page).
