Rules & Regulations

1. One entry per person (not per dog).
2. The contest ends November 2nd at midnight pacific time. Entries added after the cut-off will not be considered.
3. Winners will be chosen at random.
4. Anesthesia-free dental cleaning appointment expires November 2nd, 2015
5. Anesthesia-free dental cleaning appointment must occur at a clinic location, not valid for in-home cleanings.
6. The value of the anesthesia-free dental cleaning appointment is $189-$229+tax and is only available as a service and cannot be traded for the value amount. If the cleaning cannot be completed due to barriers pertaining to the winner, the winner forfeits the service and the value of that service but keeps the prize package.
