To confirm your appointment, we require a $30+GST ($31.50) deposit no later than 3 days before your scheduled appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, you have until 24 hours prior to your booking should you need to reschedule or cancel in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If we are not able to complete the cleaning on your pet for any reason, your deposit is refunded in full or if you wish can be donated to a local charity that we will be fundraising for.
 
Your payment will be securely processed through Moneris. Please do ensure all fields are complete in order to process your payment otherwise the payment will not submit.

If you have submitted your payment through our website you do not need to bring a copy of your receipt to your appointment providing the same contact name and email was used during payment process to that used when initially booking your appointment.
 
If you have already paid your deposit with the location at which you have your appointment only your intake information would be remaining to complete.
