I’ve Made My Appointment, Now What?

Before your appointment, we ask that you fill out the forms on our website.

If you are unable to fill out the forms, please call or email us for assistance. Filling out your forms prior to drop off will help for a quick handoff and will ensure we have the time we need to sanitize our work station between each pup.

Paying a deposit is now mandatory in order to confirm your appointment. Once you book your appointment at one of our locations, they will either take a deposit over the phone or will advise you to pay it through our online system. If we do not have a confirmed deposit by 3 days before your appointment, unfortunately we will have to cancel and reschedule your dog's teeth cleaning to a later date and time.

We have waived our 24-hour cancellation policy. You now have until 10am on the day of your appointment to cancel your appointment to receive a full refund of your deposit. We ask that if you or someone in your household is experiencing Covid-19 like symptoms, that you cancel your appointment and reschedule

Dropping off your dog may be a little different during this time. We recommend calling the location of your booking to ask if they have any specific restrictions you will need to follow in their store. As some locations are only offering curbside pick-up, you may not be able to enter the store’s location. If this is the case, we will meet you outside and will take your pup to our cleaning area.

Unfortunately at this time, we will not be allowing anyone to stay in our cleaning space to reduce risk of any sickness being passed on to both customers and staff. This will minimize risk of any interruption to our business which will negatively impact all future bookings. As dog owners ourselves, we understand feeling the need to stay with your dog to provide extra comfort. You can be certain that we will be providing plenty of snuggles and reassurance during the cleaning and will do all we can to keep your dog happy and comfortable. We will still be checking over your dog’s mouth and update you on any of our findings before proceeding so please wait in your car until we call you with these details. Our late policies have now changed.
For drop off: If you are over 10 minutes late, unfortunately we will have to reschedule your cleaning to a later date and time. This is to ensure we have the proper amount of time to sanitize in between each client and to complete your dog’s teeth cleaning. Your deposit will not be refunded in this case.

For pick up: If you are over 10 minutes late we will be implementing a $50.00 late fee. As we do not want to enforce this policy we ask that you arrive on time for pick up to ensure there is no overlap between clients dropping off and picking up.
